What we collect
JVault collects only what's necessary to provide the service:
- Your GitHub username and OAuth token (to access your private vault)
- Your email address (waitlist signups only)
- Which files you've pinned and recently viewed (stored locally and in our database)
- Share links you create (token, path, expiry)
What we don't do
- We do not store the contents of your vault files
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
Data storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS in the US West region. All connections are encrypted via TLS.
